Our client has a large office area with a high daytime demand from air conditioning, servers and office facilities for the staff. In order to reduce their carbon footprint and greatly reduce electricity costs, SSW were commissioned to construct a 300kWp solar array on sloping waste ground adjacent to the offices. This was a turn-key project from initial design, obtaining grid and planning consent, installation, commissioning and landscaping in line with planning conditions. The system is operating successfully to target.
